Just a quick post here - Google Chrome is - well - likable. I love the fact that it’s fast, each tab runs under separate processes, and just little things I notice while browsing under Google Chrome. However, the new browser was released nearly 24 days ago (September 1, 2008), and it indeed has its bugs and kinks it needs to work out. I want smooth scroll, the ‘STANDARD’ ability to scroll with my mouse wheel clicked down, and more customizations under advanced options. Oh, I also want an easier access to bookmarks, which is the reason I currently have FireFox set as my default browser (you know, quick access to bookmarks).
As much as I love to flaunt FireFox, I will admit that FireFox 3 has been giving me problems. It seems as though I want to love the browser, yet the browser does not want to love me. I will not be an obnoxious and impossible fangirl, so I am willing to try other browsers (just not Internet Explorer =] ).
I’m quite tired now, but, hopefully, tomorrow I’ll post a nice wishlist with screenshots and everything of my Google Chrome Wishlist! I think the browser has potential to become such a better browser. And you know, it’s Goooooooogle we’re talking about. :)

Finally, someone else who’s not raving about Firefox 3. I hate the new algorithm they use in the address bar (called the awesome bar). When i type “g” for gmail.com, engadget.com comes up first because I look at engadget more frequently and there is a “g” in enGadget. so stupid.
Oh? I actually love FireFox’s new search algorithm. It works for me, at least - if I forget the name of a link but know it has something with the word “blog” in it, I’ll just type in “blog” and view all the links and title links with the word “blog”.
Why not type in “gm”? The keys are rather close together. :)
Oh, and I also use the arrow keys to navigate in the address bar.
Firefox 3 has never failed me. It is the bees knees.
Well, I think Firefox should release a plugin to disable the new address bar and revert to the older one. People tell me to use the “oldbar” plugin, but its a just graphical revert back to Firefox 2; it still uses the new algorithm.
But, I’ll be changing to Firefox 3. There are still some bugs in 2 that I hope they got rid of in 3.
