Yes, I’ve changed my layout yet again. Hopefully, I will stick with this one. The last layout I had was too grainy and blurry for my tastes. This one is much more simplistic and cleaner, which I like…a lot.
Traffic for EmmaFrostFiles.com has been bouncing up and down the walls lately (which, I suppose is a good thing seeing how I get at least 200 hits/day). I’ve installed Akismet to block incoming spam, though.
Also, Google Analytics? It’s awesome and much more reliable than what CPanel offers. And I don’t care what the snooty-I-pay-for-my-own-trafficking-stats-people think about Google Analytics.
WordPress’ natural SEO is also amazing - it helps a lot with traffic.

Very clean and fresh. Something i am very keen to get together at my own website.
My work has been using Google Analytics to track hits on their website for a few years now and it a great tool.
I like this layout much better than the old one! Very nice! So what exactly is a hit? I’ve seen them and such before but I don’t understand them. LOL!

Hi Rachel, a ‘hit’ can basically be explained as the amount of page views a website receives.
